Calcium Formate

calcium Formate is a Inorganic salt of Formic Acid used for the multiple applications in industries like animal feed, constructions, tile and grout repair, water proofing compound, Leather tanning, agriculture etc.
Calcium formate is utilized as a feed preservative, & helps to prevent the growth of microbes and increase the shelf-life of feed.

In leather processing, it improves the penetration of chrome and can be used as a substitute for formic acid. In construction, it serves as a useful additive for cement and grouts, enhancing the properties of concrete and reducing the setting time. Calcium Format is environmentally friendly, biodegradable and safe to handle. It also serves as an effective deicer, causing less corrosion compared to calcium chloride salts.
